Terms of Service

1. About Ouvri and these terms

Ouvri is an independent alumni community platform operated by Themelios Holding, LLC (“Ouvri,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Service apply to the Ouvri app, ouvri.app, and related services we provide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Ouvri.

Ouvri is not run by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any school, workforce program, employer, or other organization merely because it appears in a community or group name. A member’s Vouched status reflects peer approval; it is not a background check or verification of every profile claim.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate information about yourself, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without their permission. Some parts of Ouvri require an invitation, an eligible community membership, a vouch, or organizer approval. Access can change if those conditions change.

3. Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of the posts, messages, photos, videos, résumés, and other content you provide. You give Ouvri permission to host, display, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, apply your sharing settings, maintain security, and comply with law. This permission ends when content is deleted, subject to copies already received by others, legal requirements, and the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Only post or share material you have the right to use. Respect other members’ privacy. A private group, message, or résumé should not be copied or shared outside its intended audience without permission. Ouvri uses access controls, but a recipient may retain a copy of content they were allowed to see.

4. Community conduct

Use Ouvri to build genuine connections. Do not harass, threaten, defraud, discriminate against, or impersonate others; send spam; post unlawful or infringing material; collect member information without permission; or try to bypass membership, privacy, security, or rate limits. Do not upload malicious code or disrupt the service. You can report content or conduct through the app or our safety page.

We may remove content, limit access, or suspend an account when reasonably needed to address a violation, protect members, or meet a legal obligation. We may review reports and provide an appeal path where the app offers one. These rules do not mean we monitor every interaction.

5. Groups, events, and member activity

Members and organizers create much of the activity on Ouvri. Group descriptions, events, invitations, and messages come from their creators. Joining a group does not guarantee a place in a limited event or fantasy league. Group organizers are responsible for the activities they arrange and for following applicable rules. Check details directly with the organizer before attending, paying, or sharing personal information.

6. Jobs and optional AI assistance

Job posts and employer details may come from members or third-party sources. Confirm the role, employer, requirements, and application process with the employer. Ouvri does not make hiring decisions or promise a referral, interview, or offer. Applying through an employer’s site is separate from Ouvri.

If you choose AI résumé help, selecting a PDF sends it to Ouvri’s document-processing service to extract text. You can review the extracted text before consenting to AI review. With your consent, Ouvri sends your selected résumé and job description, plus only experience answers you choose to include, through its service to Anthropic (Claude) to generate questions and suggested edits. AI can make mistakes. Check every statement before accepting, saving, sharing, or using it. Your original résumé is not changed automatically. Ouvri does not submit job applications for you.

Saved application documents are private unless you separately choose to share a version with an eligible reviewer. See the Privacy Policy for details about processing, access, and deletion.

7. Third-party services and availability

Ouvri may link to employer sites, fantasy services, maps, or other outside services. Their content and policies are their own. We may update features, correct errors, or pause a feature for maintenance or safety. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular job, event, group, or feature outcome.

8. Ending your account

You may stop using Ouvri and request account deletion in the app. Our account deletion page and Privacy Policy explain what is removed, what may remain for legal or security reasons, and limits on retracting copies already received by others. We may suspend or close an account for material violations of these terms or when required to protect the service or its members.

9. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ouvri is provided without a promise that member-provided content, AI output, job information, or service access will always be accurate or available. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. If a dispute arises, please contact hello@ouvri.app so we can try to resolve it directly. Florida law governs these terms except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Ouvri changes. We will post the updated date here and give additional notice when required by law or when a change materially affects your rights. Continuing to use Ouvri after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated terms. For questions, email hello@ouvri.app.
