Delete your Ouvri account
Request deletion by email
Email hello@ouvri.app from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Delete my Ouvri account” and tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted. We may need to verify that you own the account. Never send your password or sign-in code.
Delete from the app
Open your account settings in Ouvri, choose the account deletion option, and follow the confirmation instructions. Review the warning carefully before confirming.
What is removed
Deletion removes your account and its owned active profile data, posts, uploads, and other associated records from the live service, subject to the relationship-preservation rules and cleanup outcomes described in our privacy policy. Shared conversations may also be removed. Deletion cannot erase copies another member already downloaded or immediately invalidate every previously issued temporary media link.
Retention limits
Expired or cancelled Town visits normally have a 30-day retention period. Detailed closed Vouch case and appeal text normally has a six-month retention period; minimal decision records remain for accountability. Provider backups and records that must be retained for legal or security purposes may follow different retention periods. Contact us if you need clarification about a particular record.
